Registration is now open for WACP2012. You can make a booking online using the Queen Mary, University of London E-Shop. This is a secure payment system and accepts most major credit cards.

We are open to registrations for delegates (non-presenting) but closed to proposals for new presentations.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are dependant on the country group of the delegate and whether or not they are a member of WACP.

To become a member of WACP and therefore receive entitlement to lower registration fees for the event, please visit: www.waculturalpsychiatry.org/fees.htm

The registration fee includes:

  • Tea and coffee in breaks
  • Lunches
  • Welcome reception
  • All plenary, keynote and parallel sessions
  • Walking tours of London sights on Thursday 8th March afternoon and evening, Saturday 10th March afternoon, Sunday 11th March evening.

How to Register

To register to attend WACP 2012, you must first identify which country band you are from. Please remember which band you should select when you register on-line. Once you have identified your band, click the REGISTER NOW button at the bottom of this page.

* Students are allowed to present posters only. They must submit a short application letter of justification and an official letter to confirm their status by the Department Head or Mentor when picking up meeting materials on site.

Please note cancellations within a month of the congress cannot be reimbursed, cancellations within two months of the congress will recieve 50% reimbursement.
